25) What is the return policy on either book?
An Essential Guide to Owning a Chinchilla will only be accepted for a full refund (less postage) if the original packaging is unopened, the book is unsigned and returned within 7 days of receipt. All books are checked for quality before dispatch and any damaged items should be notified to the webmaster as soon as the item arrives. Any damaged books will be exchanged once the webmaster has the original unopened packaging returned within 7 days of receipt. No book that has been personally signed can be refunded unless damage occurs during transportation. If this is the case, the book and original packaging will need to be unopened and returned within 7 days of receipt and an exchange will be given. The buyer pays for postage costs. The Chinchilla A-Z Health & Sickness Bible is non-refundable once sent. The only time a refund will be given for the Chinchilla A-Z Health & Sickness Bible is before Chinchilla Chronicles sends you the second email containing the eBook attachment. The reason for this is to prevent people wanting a free copy after receiving the ebook attachment.
26) I have paid for my eBook but have not received anything yet?
Firstly, please check that you have received notification from Paypal, confirming your order has been processed correctly. If you do not have this confirmation, you will need to recheck your Paypal account to ensure the money has been sent. If you have received notification from Paypal that your payment has been sent, please allow 24 hours for Chinchilla Chronicles to reply due to international time zones. Chinchilla Chronicles will firstly send you an email containing the Licence Manager attachment. Once you have completed these instructions, Chinchilla Chronicles will dispatch both your unique licence code and the Chinchilla A-Z Health & Sickness attachment in a second email. Again, this may take up to 24 hours after you have replied to the first email but you should always allow 48 hours before contacting Chinchilla Chronicles. Very occasionally there is an email communication error between email hosts. We would recommend that all customers that have not heard back from us within 5 days, firstly check the Notice Board for any messages before sending us an email to address shown below. Please always use an alternative email address to the one linked to your Paypal account, if you have not heard back from us within 5 days as this is most uncommon and it may be due to your current email host blocking us.
27) I have tried to install the PDF OwnerGuard Licence Manager link but it doesn’t work?
PDF OwnerGuard will work on all the following 32-bit & 64-bit operating systems: Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista. Ensure you have followed our email instructions correctly and should you continue to have problems accessing the software, please email us and we will happily talk you through the process.
